Do you know who you are? Most of you don't.

Well Surprised?? Why I said so...
I am not gonna ask you to visit your doctor because you forgot yourself, its nothing like daily soap "ki main Kaun hu, Kaha hu."(well I guess it's not a PJ)

The world is growing very fast. This is the era of technology, which has changed our world. There was a time when it takes days to send our messages in letters, now sending messages is just a click away. There was a time when we can't even talk frequently with our long-distance relatives, friends, or loved ones but now we are just a call away. 

Tech has made our life so easy and also social media platforms, that give us a chance to stay connected with the world.

But something is missing behind !!! But what??

On this road to progress and getting connected to the world we are missing the most important person that is ourselves. 

We come across millions of people in our entire life but the one who stays with us in each and every situation is we, ourselves.

Though being so important in our own life, we ignore our presence only. Today as a working professional or a student or whatsoever we are, we get so involved in our work, studies, party, enjoying with friends, entertainment via movies, Netflix, social media platforms, and all others, that we forget that we need to give time to ourself also. We get so drained out after our hectic daily routine that we don't get time for ourselves. 

Today we stay connected with the world, with our friends, our relatives, but we lose connection with ourselves only. Today we are so involved in making the world know who we are, that we rarely get time to understand who we really are, we don't even know ourselves completely. Most of us don't know, what all are best in us and what is worst in us. We just use to have a preconception based on any past incident, we don't even give time to think that what perception we are creating of ourself, is it really true, am I really the same way as I'm thinking myself to be. 

Well, I'm saying so as I too was involved a lot in these things that I didn't even give myself time to analyze what's good or bad in me. Once I was trapped in a situation and I handled it all alone and very gracefully, then I got to realize that I had these skills in me also but I didn't even know it. (Well by the last line, did you just start thinking about Amazon Pay add)

After that I started giving time to myself, I usually spend some time with myself, only to know myself better.

Well, I guess it might have happened with you also, that after handling any situation you got to know that you have a particular skill in you. 

I tell you, why people use to do suicides or why many of us suffer from depression, it's not because we get fail. It's because we don't even give a moment to ourselves. After getting failures we just start thinking negatively, we think, it's of no worth for us to be alive or we are of no use, we can't do anything in life, etc, etc...

If we would just stop for a moment and forget about all the world and just think 
Who we are, 
Why we are, 
What's good in us, 
What's bad in us and how can we improve it,
What good we have done to others,
and all about ourselves only without even thinking of the world, then we can change our negative perception to a positive one. 


Well, I'm not saying it would be that easy, because if we are in our worst phase then we won't be easily able to recall all good incidents or positive thoughts at once, nothing would change drastically but yes with constant practice and giving time to ourself, we will definitely come to know, how good we are and not even good how best we are.
That would only happen when we start giving time to ourselves.

So, how can you come to know about yourself, how can you understand yourself?

I would say, to begin with, start giving 15-30 mins daily to yourself. Stay alone and apart from the world for that 15-30 min. 
Start reading books, do meditation, do what your hobby is, start spending time with yourself. At the end of the day, think about what best you have done, what new you have learned in the entire day. Think about what skills you used on that day. Think about how you are different from others.
Think about all positive things before going to sleep.

Also, keep a moment to analyze what mistakes on that day and how can you improve them. Don't overthink, just try to know your positive and the negative sides, and daily keep adding positive ones to your list and keep removing the negative ones. 


 Finally, you will know who you are. And you will daily meet a new you. All the Best👍.

So friends, start giving time to yourself because You are unique and no one can be like you, You are the BEST, and you will always be BEST, just you need to find that BEST version in yourself.

2022, A NEW BEGINNING


 


A New Beginning, A New Start..., Time for a fresh start

So finally this year is about to end. The new beginning is on its way. Just a few hours more to pass, for the new journey.

The world saw a lot of ups and downs this year too but there were more of positive news too, including the vaccination for covid. 

Along with this, we all have experienced some of the best and the worst moments in our life. But with this passing year leave all your sufferings and worst memories behind and let's have a fresh start, let's see the rising sun with new excitement, new enthusiasm. With this night, drop the word, bad, worst, in this year right itself and just modify your dictionary and fill it with synonyms of Good, Best, Hope and Confidence.

The New Beginning is eagerly waiting for you to hold its hand, so just leave the hands of failures,
problems, sufferings and grasp the hands of the new day, a new year with great excitement. I would say that why just only to hold the hand go and give a hug to this exciting coming year, and say that you are ready with all your zeal.

Most of us would be ready with our New Year Resolutions, and if you are not then just sit with your pen paper and write your resolution before entering the next year so that you may have a clear target of what to achieve and where to put your efforts.

No matter how many times you got failed this year, no matter how many problems you faced this year, just forget all those stuff and just start fresh. Write down how you wanna see yourself at the end of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and finally 12 months and start working on yourself.

Remember you don't have to be the same person, you are today, you need to upgrade yourself with each passing day. Just upgrade yourself by 1 percent each day and in end, you will be 365 percent better than what you are today.

With this coming new year i would suggest to keep an eye on your bad habits too as in 
Walking Up late
Wasting a lot of time on social media
Procastinating etc

You just keep a note on this also so that you can make efforts to improve it.

So lets step in this new beginning and give more than what we can to bring out the best of ourself

We are too busy in gadgets, Our freedom is again in danger.



“You can’t upload love, you can’t download time, you can’t Google all of life’s answers. You must actually live some of your life.”

In this technology-driven 21st century, where most of our work and needs are just a click away, where we are more online than offline, we are spending most of our time with gadgets and the internet. From our mobile phones, tablets, laptops, to earpods we are all surrounded by gadgets. Today it's just impossible to think our life without all these technologies and gadgets. 

But in all this what we are missing out is our freedom. There was a time when Britishers ruled India, and today is the time where technology is ruling the world. We are so engaged with these gadgets that we hardly spend time with ourselves and with our loved ones.

Among all the gadgets mobile is the one that remains with us each and every moment. No doubt it's very beneficial gadget as it's serving the needs of people across the world. Its benefit is well known to everyone. Even in lockdown when the world was just limited within the four walls, mobile was one of the gadgets that helped students in their education and also linked the world through different social media platforms. But is it good enough to just focus on the positive side??

Using anything in limit is good but excess use is like a threat to our real life and reality. Today if we chose to spend some time with our family or friends, still we bring cell phones and other gadgets within the time period that we are giving to others. 

Can't we just simply enjoy that moment? Can't we give our proper time to the person with whom we are? These smartphones and gadgets used to be in our hands but the fact is that, they use to control us.

Do we really enjoy all the moments that come in our life?

Do we really make memories or just run in the race of showing off to the world?

Today we are least bothered to live the moment. Instead of capturing the moment in our memories, we tend to capture it in our cell phones & feel to have enjoyed the moment but it's not the real enjoyment. What we need is to live the moment instead of just getting ourselves busy with the gadgets and just having selfies and videos. Just try now to live the moments as such and you will notice how peaceful and exciting the experience will be. Various ways are there to overcome the habit of using gadgets every moment.

We can take the following actions regarding this.

  • If we are using cell phones or gadgets without necessity then we can fix particular timing for such usage (especially evening or night time after work, it depends) as for playing games, using social media, etc 

  • We need to start meditation that will help to have control over our mind along with other benefits.

  • If social media (including WhatsApp) unnecessarily wastes our time, we should choose to quit them for a few days.

  • In the moments where we are present, we should try keeping our mobile phones or other gadgets apart from us. This will slowly change your habit of being addicted to gadgets and you will surely see changes in a few days or weeks.

  • Give our full time to the person with whom you are. 

  • We should keep our social media notifications off and even keep our internet off if no use.

  • Get interacted with the people in the real world than just to have chat online.

It's not that, that I was such a person who used to follow these above-mentioned points, but surely I can say, now I am such a person who use to follow all these points. I too was addicted to gadgets especially my cell phone but after I realized how good n peaceful it is living life without getting so addicted to gadgets, I at once started changing myself. 

Today I not only give time to my work/studies but even I get a lot of time to follow my passion, my hobby, and even give time to my family and friends.


Just start giving time to yourself and your passion and also tell me in the comment section what else can be done to overcome this addiction ??

So as per the beginning, you can't upload love, so give your love to your loved ones around you; you can't download time, so save time instead of wasting on overuse of gadgets and spend quality time with your friends and family. And you can't Google all of life's answers, so start asking those questions to the one who cares for you i.e your family and friends. And finally, start enjoying the moment and actually living the life.
